How we work
You'll see the problem before you pay to fix it
The hardest thing about a roof is that you can't see it. Somebody climbs up, comes back down, and tells you what's wrong. You either take their word for it or you don't.
So we photograph and film everything. Before we start, while we're up there, and after it's done. You get the pictures, we talk you through what they show, and then you decide.
It means you know what you're paying for. And if a factor or an insurer needs evidence of what was wrong with the roof, you've already got it.
